Najae is a graduate of Morgan State University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Urban Planning and Development at Cleveland State University, with an expected graduation in Fall 2025. Passionate about community transformation, Najae aspires to revitalize and reimagine the city of East Cleveland. In addition to her studies, she works as a high school math teacher within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD).
