Ethan Wiggins is a graduating Master of Urban Planning & Development student at Cleveland State University. Outside of Cleveland State, Ethan works as the Planning & Sustainability Manager for Northwest Neighborhoods CDC, a Community Development Corporation serving Cleveland’s Cudell, Edgewater, and Detroit-Shoreway Neighborhoods. His work there includes neighborhood strategic planning, transportation initiatives, tree canopy restoration projects, and various other special projects. After graduation, Ethan plans to continue his work in Cleveland neighborhoods, promoting sustainable community development.
