Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Cleveland State University and is in his second to last semester of his Master of Urban Planning and Development. Currently, he works for the City of Rocky River as the Planning and Community Development Administrator. Dylan has the goal of working with underserved communities, preventing the same systematic issues from being perpetuated on our most vulnerable populations.
